With a 17 year career as a nurse, Suellen has seen lots of sports injuries throughout her career. She’s also experienced many sporting injuries herself and as a triathlete (having represented Australia), experienced two life-changing accidents.
These accidents took a long time to heal and resulted in over 6 months off work. Through this difficult time Suellen realised, more than ever, the benefits of exercise and in particular pilates.
Suellen’s gentle approach will help you to feel calm, centred and ready to achieve a lean, strong body through her pilates classes.
